Smoke and Fire Savoury Crumb

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Smoke and Fire peanut butter

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 cup jumbo oats
-
1/2 cup cashews
-
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-
1/2 cup pecans
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp dried rosemary
Method:

In a bowl, combine F&F Smoke and Fire peanut butter, olive oil, soy sauce or tamari, maple syrup or honey and stir until smooth.

Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together until everything is well coated.

Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180C (350F) for 10 - 15 minutes until golden and toasty.

Leave to cool then store in a sealed container (or better yet, a reused F&F jar!).
Sprinkle on salads, roast vegetables, pastas or use to top soups for an extra spicy crunch!
