Cashew Butter Caramel Sauce

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Cashew Butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 - 3 tbsp milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Start by adding 2 tbsp of milk and continue to add until desired thickness is acquired (Keep in mind it will be slightly runnier when warm).

  2. If serving straight away, heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until warm enough and a good pouring consistency for that perfect drizzzzzzle.

Store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for 1 - 2 weeks (If it lasts that long!).
