Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing

What you’ll need:
For the dressing:

1/2 cup Fix & Fogg crunchy Almond Butter

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp hot water

1/2 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp turmeric
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, add water until desired consistency is reached and you have a nice smooth dressing.
We served ours on roast cauliflower with fresh coriander and paprika but this dressing would work so well with so many different things!
Lasts 2 weeks in the fridge.
