Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies
What you’ll need:

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Almond Butter
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1 egg (Or egg substitute)

1/2 cup chocolate chips
-
1/2 cup pretzels
Method:

Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl combine the F&F Almond Butter, vanilla, egg and whisk until well combined.

Add the remaining ingredients (except for the chocolate chips and pretzels) and mix together until a dough forms.

Roughly break up the pretzels and add these to the dough along with the chocolate chips.

Stir together until everything is evenly combined.

Roll the dough into balls and place onto the prepared baking tray, squashing slightly.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until they are just starting to go golden brown around the edges.

Leave to cool and enjoy!
It’s as easy as that! This recipe will make around 8 - 10 large cookies.
